Sometimes clients send us their data files and ask us to examine them (either in order to migrate data from another format to HerdMaster format, or as part of problem analysis). In either case it is inescapable that we 'see' some of the data during the process. We take the confidentiality of client's data very seriously and will not divulge anything we do see unless required to do so by law.

Should a client wish us to discuss their data with a third party this instruction must be sent to us in writing and clearly define the extent of any required disclosure.

Once we have completed all operations on the data we will delete the data from our systems: no record will be kept under any circumstances.
