When
I print a report the paper size does not appear to be correct. |
| |
|
| |
Symptom |
| |
When
printing a HerdMaster report which should fit on one page, some
of the report 'spills' on to a subsequent page or pages. |

Fix/Resolution |
| |
Adjust
your printer 'Default Paper Size' to A4 |
| |
|
1. |
Select
Start-Settings-Control Panel-Printers |
| |
|
2. |
Right-click
on your default printer and select Properties |
| |
|
3. |
The default
Paper Size can be changed to A4 here - usually by selecting
'Print Preferences' |
| |
|
|
|
| |
Background |
| |
HerdMaster
reports are all designed to A4. When printing, however, HerdMaster
formats your reports according to your printer preferences.
If your printer-selected default paper size is smaller than
A4 ('Letter' for example) the report cannot fit on one page
hence the result is 'spilled' to a second page. |
