I've
re-installed HerdMaster on a new computer and now I can't produce
reports, or producing reports produces a 'Runtime Error' |

Start - Settings - Control Panel - Printers - Add Printer |

Background |

HerdMaster
formats your reports according to your default printer settings:
if no printer is installed the report cannot be formatted
so the request fails.
Note:
you do not have to have a printer physically attached to the
computer for HerdMaster to function correctly, but you must
have installed at least one printer. |
